Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Physiotherapist based in Madurai. The Junior Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients to restore mobility and physical function. Primary responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, assisting with rehabilitation exercises, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with doctors and healthcare teams. The role also requires maintaining thorough records and educating patients on effective injury prevention and management techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment techniques, rehabilitation procedures, and patient evaluation
- Ability to develop and execute personalized treatment and exercise plans
- Effectiveness in communication and interpersonal skills, with compassionate patient interaction
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring thorough documentation
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
